All our products are made to order by our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Gelato, and shipped directly to you from their production facilities.

Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Finland: 3–10 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–30 business days
  

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs and import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
