Refund & Return Policy
All our products are made to order by our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Gelato.
Damaged or defective items If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at cosmicaelina@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will submit a claim to Gelato on your behalf, and they will arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at cosmicaelina@gmail.com. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Personalized items Products that have been made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom text, images, or designs provided by you) are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind outside the EU 14-day withdrawal period. As products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
